The streamlined and ergonomic, a copy of the ALG Defense EMR V2 (Ergonomic Modular Rail) M-LOCK rail “Free float” hand guard is a lightweight and stylish update for your M4 series!
The speciality of the EMR V2 hand guard are the M-LOCK attachment points. The attachment points on the sides are not directly at a 90-degree angle, but at 60 and 120 degrees on both sides. A small section of Picatinny rail is also found on the front end, on which you can attach e.g. a flip-up sight. In addition, attachment points for a QD sling mount are found at the first part of the hand guard.
M-LOCK hand guard is a KeyMod-like accessory attachment system. Like the KeyMod system, it is lighter and older than the Picatinny rail. This reduces the weight of the gun and attaching accessories is still possible. Accessories, such as a fore grip, can be attached directly to the front end with the M-LOCK attachment or M-LOCK rail piece, if the equipment is Picatinny-compatible. The sight rail which is on the top side, is a standard Picatinny rail, because almost all the modern sights attach to it.
