Quick Release suppressor is awfully nice if you need to be able to quickly shorten your gun or if you just want to use your gun without the can every now and again! The As-Tac silencer is a pretty faithful copy: it has markings that correspond with the real ones and they are very nonchalantly and stylishly made.
In the real world the silencer is rather popular among hobby shooters and it has also seen battle.
The flash suppressor has 14 mm CCW threads. The can itself attaches to the flash suppressor with threads and locks in place with a spring-loaded lever. The thickest part of the silencer is 38 mm thick and the suppressor is 168 mm long. The flash suppressor adds to the length a couple of millimeters. The whole assembly weighs 335 grams. The flash suppressor is manufactured out of steel and the silencer is metal.
