3-liter WLPS hydration bladder – a flatter sister of the WXP bladder
WLPS or Widepac Low Profile System is a wide and flat bladder, which is very suitable for backpacks or on the back of a tactical vest. The WLPS does not bulge as much as standard bladders when it’s full, so that your backpack doesn’t bulge either. The width of the bladder when it’s full is around 25 cm, which means that it fits well into a day pack or even into a bigger backpack.
Volume is 3 liters – very suitable for a day’s needs
The bladder is wider and flatter than standard bladders and it does not bulge when it’s full thanks to the partition. Nicer to use with a backpack.
Widepac wide slide opening access. The cleaning and filling of the bladder is easy!
Quick Mate Technology which is an easy quick detach removable (and changeable) tube and mouth piece. The connectors also have a check valve, which means that the water does not rush out if you detach the tube from the bladder. With QMT you can also attach the bladder to another, bigger bladder or fill the bladder straight from the tap by using an adapter!
Easy to use Storm valve. The valve is opened by pulling on it and it can be used with your mouth. The valve can be locked by turning it. The bladder also comes with a mud protector that also protects the valve from blows.
The valve has been turned to 90 degrees, which makes it easy to use and it has been possible to shorten the tube a bit!
Grunge Guard treatment and a very smooth Glass-like inner surface prevent microbes from sticking to the bladder and growing inside of it – the water stays fresh and healthy, and maintaining the bladder is effortless. Just a rinse and good drying is enough!
Does not include BPA (Bisphenol A) or phthalates, which means your water keeps tasting fresh for a long time!
There is a black braid around the tube – protects the tube and insulates it in hot and cold weathers as well as adds to its camouflage value.
Size is around 36 × 25 × 6.7 cm when full and the length of the tube is 94 cm.
This 3-liter WLPS hydration bladder is very suitable for rucksacks and backpacks, because they usually also have room in width, unlike in a small hydration pack. A great friend to have with an Assault Pack!
