This hop-up chamber works in a totally different way compared to the stock chamber. You no longer have to remove the receiver cover to adjust the hop-up with an Allen key. Instead, you can access the simple and user friendly adjustment ring just by pulling back the charging handle. The adjustment itself is done by rotating the ring either upwards or downwards, just like in some AEGs like M4 and G36. Easy!
In addition to the new design, Gen. 2 chamber brings with it a new feature: a metal hop-up adjustment arm. This practically enables the use of normal AEG hop-up nubs, so that the hop-up bucking can be pressed from a larger area, and the BB has a smoother spin. Goodbye to the bad and uneven tensioner that needs to be installed upright!
