These really flexible and lightweight Helikon protective pad inserts are the perfect choice for you if you want to protect your knees or elbows, but separate knee or elbow pads impede your tough going and do not fit properly.
These 6 mm thick soft neoprene pad inserts are compatible with virtually all jackets and trousers with knee or elbow pad pockets. For pocketless military uniforms, such as BDU pants, it is easy to make pad pockets for inserts, since just about all military uniforms have double fabric on the knees and elbows!
The height of the pads is 23.5 cm and the width is 22 cm, making the size large enough for everyone. In some cases, you have to make the pad smaller, which is easily done with scissors! The package also includes cutting instructions for the different Helikon military uniforms (CPU, SFU, SFU NEXT, TCU, ACU and USM).
