The gun’s upper receiver is, like in CYMA’s newer guns, made of metal and the whole body feels very sturdy in hand. The metal receiver increases the durability and sturdiness of the gun significantly and it also adds weight which brings the realistic feel to a whole new level! All in all, the externals fit well together making the gun easy to handle. Thanks to the very compact size, the gun suits especially tight spots, shorter distances, and is a good choice for beginners.
As per usual gun’s machinery is version 2 gearbox, done close-if-not-to Tokyo Marui specs. In Blue Edition, the parade of parts is convincing:
The submachine gun, which uses a 9×19 mm Parabellum cartridge, was designed by a German in the 1960s. It shoots semi-automatic, burst and automatic fire, and is one of best-known submachine guns in the world. The different versions of the gun are still in use today around the world. In Finland, the submachine gun is used by the police and the Defence Forces, among others. Many different variants have been made from the submachine gun and of those, the most common are A2 and A4 with full stocks and A3 and A5 with adjustable stocks. Other models are SD (Schalldämpfer) equipped with silencers and the short K (Kurz) and PDW (Personal Defense Weapon), among others.
The submachine gun is based on the successful G3 rifle which is quite clearly visible in the design of the body. Both guns have a charging handle which allows the exciting “slap”.
The pistol grip has been integrated as part of the lower receiver and it has been manufactured from polymer. The older one-sided SEF lower receivers (Sicher, Einzelfeuer and Feuerstoß) resemble the G3 rifle a lot but the newer ambidextrous NAVY lower receiver has mainly replaced it. The upper receiver and magwell have been manufactured from metal. In addition, there is a place for a red dot sight or a separate rail, just like in its role model G3. The fastening method is often called “claw mount”.
Battery and charger are not included with this gun. To make sure the warranty of your gun is valid, you may use 7.4V LiPo/Li-Ion or 8.4V and 9.6V NiCd/NiMH batteries with a maximum capacity of 3100mAh. Using a battery with a higher nominal voltage or capacity voids the warranty.

The functionality of all our guns is tested and the muzzle velocity measured before shipping. The velocity is measured with a 0.20 g BB and the final muzzle velocity is calculated from the average of five (5) shots. In fact, the muzzle velocities you see in our online shop are approximations reported by the supplier or manufacturer. Thus, the actual muzzle velocity of your gun may differ from the approximation upwards or downwards. However, we always mark the final muzzle velocity on the maintenance and user manual provided with the gun.
