WE, also known as Wei-E, manufactured G Series pistol with a metal slide is probably the best option of all the airsoft G Series replicas. The pistol differs from G Series 17 model with its full auto feature. The gun uses the same magazines as the G Series 17 pistol.
The WE G series slide is made of metal and the pistol grip/lower receiver from a high-quality polymer, like in its real counterpart. Even with standard green gas, the kick of the slide is really brisk and strong, thanks to the well-designed internals. In addition, the gun can also withstand CO2 and there are CO2 magazines available for this pistol. The well manufactured barrel and adjustable hop-up ensure a really good accuracy. The muzzle energy for the guns we sell is usually around 0.9 joules with ProTechGuns gase (95 m/s @ 0.20 g) and still always below 1 joule, which means that these guns are perfectly suitable for close quarters combat, as a secondary or for indoor games!
Gen. 4 in the pistol’s name refers to the generation of the real firearm. The Gen. 4 firearm was published in 2010 and its differences compared to the third generation consist of both external and functional changes when it comes to firearms, but there are only external differences in the airsoft guns. The rougher surface of the pistol grip, the design and size of the generations are a bit different and the Gen. 3 pistol is slightly bigger. So, the Gen. 4 pistol grip is a bit smaller but it is delivered with two additional grip extensions with which you can modify the grip into a suitable size for your own hand. There are no differences in the pistols' performance in shooting between the two generations. All magazines, spare and upgrade parts and holsters fit both generations.
The functionality of all our guns is tested and the muzzle velocity measured before shipping. The velocity is measured with a 0.20 g BB and the final muzzle velocity is calculated from the average of five (5) shots. In fact, the muzzle velocities you see in our online shop are approximations reported by the supplier or manufacturer. Thus, the actual muzzle velocity of your gun may differ from the approximation upwards or downwards. However, we always mark the final muzzle velocity on the maintenance and user manual provided with the gun.
