The biggest advantage of an angled fore grip compared to a traditional vertical grip is a more ergonomic position of the wrist when shooting. This better position significantly helps to control recoil, and with recoil-free airsoft guns the angled fore grip gives a better control of the gun when the barrel is moved from one target to another. Angled fore grip also has the advantage that when you shoot in a prone position, crawl, or shoot close to a shelter, there is no vertical grip sticking out at the front of the gun and sticking in everything.
